What IT expenses are eligible under PNRR Component C9?
Eligible expenses include websites and online stores, ERP/CRM management software, custom mobile and web applications, automation and AI solutions (chatbots, RPA), cloud infrastructure and IT equipment. The main condition is that the solution measurably increases the company's digital intensity, per the 12 DESI criteria.
How long does implementation of a funded digitalization project take?
Depending on complexity, a presentation site or online store is implemented in 3-6 weeks, while a custom ERP/CRM system or a more complex platform can take 2-4 months. We always respect the deadlines set by the funding authority so you don't lose payment installments.
Can you issue a technical offer for the procurement procedure?
Yes. We prepare detailed technical offers, compliant with the Ministry of Investments and European Projects instructions on private procurement, with functional (not brand-specific) specifications and impartiality declarations, exactly what's required for the reimbursement file.
